The place was clean, but there were no staff around and the room door was not insulated – the hallway light leaked through.

A basic hotel in the town center; the room was small but clean and comfortable. We were moved from their sister hotel Kathmandhu because of renovations. The Panda lacked a terrace and views. I asked for parking for our motorbikes and was told we could park safely outside, but it was a public car park with fees. The staff couldn’t tell us where to leave our bikes, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Breakfast was basic in a shabby room.

I didn't like the service, the food, or the comfort.

The professionalism was good, and it was close to the clientele.
