Everything was clean, the location was good, the cleaning staff were very hospitable. My initial reservation was 23‑31 August. During the first week there were power problems, the key to the door didn't work and I had to go each day to activate it. I extended for another week; the next day I mentioned the dates I wanted, and the following morning I paid for the extra week. A day before checkout I received a message saying my departure time had passed. Even though I knew an extra day was paid for because I had mentioned it several times, I was asked to pay for that day; the reception staff said it wasn't paid, so I finally paid. I asked them to check the cameras on the day I paid, but they completely ignored my message when I returned. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but the lack of electricity and water, plus the payment incident even though it was paid, affected my stay.

The interior was peaceful and quiet, while outside the hotel it was lively and vibrant, which we enjoyed!
