The location is central to all the sights. The parking turned out to be non‑existent, the breakfast was set up in a bar about 300 m away (so we skipped it), and the manager’s dad was rude the night before we left, demanding we be precise about our departure time because “he couldn’t waste time waiting for us” for payment. We paid the same evening to spare him that hassle.

The room and bathroom were spacious. There was no reception, the car access was terrible, communication was poor, there was no lift and many stairs, and we only got answers after insisting. Breakfast was outside the building but very cheap because the owner had an arrangement with the café that only allowed a cup of coffee and a croissant, even though the price included breakfast.

Breakfast was basic but good. The spot is close to the city center. Owner Franco is experienced, very kind. Parking was an issue, there was no air‑conditioning—just a fan—although it was advertised that there would be.
