The location is great for exploring the town; we walked to Baywalk. It’s quiet enough for such a central spot, and the bed is nice. The air‑conditioners are noisy, almost a crying monster, especially when compared to the level of service offered elsewhere.

The location was superb, everything was close by. The staff helped solve problems and offered solutions. Like everywhere in the Philippines, the TV didn’t work, and it would have been better to have breakfast in the dining room rather than in your room if you have time before you start moving around.

I was in the centre, near the main mall and the airport, and the bed was comfortable. There was no toilet paper, and the sheets had a stain even though the room was clean. We had a power cut, the hotel had a generator, but they chose not to turn it on until we asked, so we had no light or water during that time. That’s illogical; if you have guests you should leave it on.
