“Décevant”

The location was fine, yet the air‑conditioner leaked, there were many ants, the baseboards at the bottom of the walls were swollen from water, so the bathroom door no longer closed properly; unfortunately these issues really affected our stay.

The location was fairly convenient, but the rooms were small and old, finding the room was difficult, and communication with the host was poor.

“Good, worth the price”

We had restless nights before arriving, but the place turned out better than the hype. Getting there was easy once we got the directions that night, and we avoided the address trick that usually misleads. The staff was still cleaning when we arrived, yet they let us stash our bags. From the outside the rooms look a bit worn, but inside everything was fine. We stayed in room 1 and loved the huge fridge, coffee maker, and oven. The air‑con worked, though it dripped water when set below 20 °C; we settled on 21/22 °C to stop the leak. The property never felt unsafe, and the location is great—just a stone’s throw from a nice supermarket and Monaco. I’d come back. The place does look run‑down from the outside, and the walls are a bit dirty, but for the price it’s acceptable.
