The reception staff were excellent, and the room cleanliness was consistently good. However, some connectors and the TV were malfunctioning; I mentioned this to reception but they ignored it, and the TV was never repaired. I hope they improve their service in those areas and provide a solution immediately.

Regular. The food had little variety, lacked flavor, the bread wasn’t fresh, and it was from the local area.
