“very surprised hotel hasnt been taken care of”
It’s close to Mayo, yet there was a moldy smell in the room, dirty carpets in the halls, and it looked like it needed a renovation.

The location and staff were good, but the air conditioner was noisy.

Breakfast was fine, but check‑in was handled by an unhappy woman.

The breakfast and the location were the only two good things about this place; however, I waited an hour and a half in a long line to check in, the key card didn’t work and other guests reported the same issue, the hotel sits across from Mayo Clinic serving mostly patients, and there were no grab bars in the shower, making it unsafe.

I loved that I didn’t have to use my car to get to Mayo, yet there weren’t any parking spaces left in your parking lot, so they offered a voucher for another parking ramp when we left, but that turned out not to exist and the front desk said no way they give out vouchers for parking.
