The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had good facilities. I wasn’t sure how to use the washing machine because there was no English translation.

① The location is good. ② There’s a washing machine and dryer. ③ The balcony is spacious. ④ Luggage arrives late in advance, etc. No major issues, but on the upper floor the bathroom’s drainage pipe had a faint odor.

The room was excellent, with great facilities including a washing machine and dryer. It was spotless and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. Bedside storage would have been useful.
