The room I stayed in was very damp with mold on the walls; I had to leave the door slightly open to circulate air because there was no ventilation, and I felt a bit suffocated. 105

The location was fine, but the stay was terrible: the room was tiny and stuffy, with a strong, unpleasant mold and damp smell that was hard to bear; the bathroom also had a strong chlorine odor, making the environment very uncomfortable. There was no minibar in the room, and when we needed service it took a long time to get help. The check‑out time was also disappointing—we arrived around 8 pm and still had to leave the room at noon the next day, cutting our stay short. The proximity to Shopping Barra was the only bright spot, but overall the room conditions—especially the stuffiness and the overpowering mold and dampness—made this one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.
