We had a nightmare at this hotel - we booked two rooms and confirmed our arrival time, but when we got there, they said only one room was available. It took them ages to find our reservation, and they kind of implied that we'd messed up the booking process. The reception staff didn't even try to help us out, it was like they expected us to sort it out ourselves. The owner eventually offered us a choice between one room or a second room at a different hotel over a kilometer away.
We had a great stay here, mainly because it's super conveniently located - all the major attractions in the city are just a short drive away. The staff were really helpful, they assisted us with arranging scooters and autos, recommended some great food spots, and gave us insider tips on what to see in the limited time we had. They really made our Udaipur experience amazing! We'd definitely recommend this place.
