The place was incredibly kind and welcoming. I joined an impromptu octopus‑fishing trip, and even as a beginner the staff patiently taught me how to fish, making the time enjoyable. They also cared about my companions who didn’t fish, inviting them to a nighttime event where we ate and drank together, all without extra fees. The next morning they kindly guided me back and even served tea. Their warm farewell at the end left me very happy.

The bathroom was spotless, and I could stay at a low price even during the Obon holidays. I didn’t hear any noise from other guests, which made the stay comfortable. The only disappointment was that the provided refrigerator was dirty.

Everything from the building to the surroundings offered a truly out‑of‑this‑world experience. The only drawback was that the sunrise was so bright it woke me up.
The view was a calm inlet right in front of the room, and the sea conditions were peaceful—just perfect. The only downside was that there were no restaurants within walking distance, so I couldn’t go out for drinks; the beer inside the facility was cheap though.
