“Horrible”
We stood waiting to check in for 15 minutes with no staff, while two other guests were already in line behind us; I had to flag down a security guard to get someone. The listing on booking didn’t say parking was paid, so a 10.00 surprise appeared after we had been standing. The room smelled like animal urine, the ice machine was broken, and the light in the room didn’t work after we plugged it in, which we had to do. The shower was stained black, there were no toiletries except for one small bar and one small shampoo for four guests, and the refrigerator wouldn’t close properly, catching on the cabinets and making it very difficult to shut.
