The price was ok, but I was charged a ridiculous $270 pet fee for 13 days. The grounds were absolutely filthy, all the plants were dying, the ground was as dry as it could be, and the beautiful fruit trees were horribly neglected, like everything else. The manager Henry was not to be trusted with his fees, he was very rude and obnoxious when I questioned him about what I was being charged, and he never gave me a complete invoice. He allowed young individuals who stayed there very often to smoke pot late at night outside, disturbing other guests from 11:38 PM to 12 AM and later. I still have not received an invoice for my stay.

Everything was perfect—beautiful and cozy! The only issue was that some of the cookware and the coffee pot were dirty from previous renters.

Nice spot about 30‑40 minutes drive from the Yosemite entrance; the facilities are very clean.
