City view from hotel. The intercom is not working. TV is not working. The room had a cockroach. Lots of dust on the ceiling. The hotel is not picking a call for communication. Tax is collected but the final bill is not provided. Parking facilities are very limited and parking is difficult on narrow roads

Good location, clean rooms, good staff, veg restaurant with good food. The parking can be a bit congested but manageable.

The service was excellent; the staff cleaned the room promptly when asked and there was no personal loss, which was very needed, and the lighting was warm and welcoming. The restaurant was a bit pricey but the taste was good, and the rice portion was smaller for the price.

The staff were friendly and the place is in a great spot, plus the room stayed very clean. The bathroom drainage kept clogging, and when I mentioned it, the staff said the pipe is narrow – they knew the problem but didn’t fix it.

The location works fine. The staff seemed lazy and unresponsive; they had cylinder issues that we didn’t see in any other Shillong hotel. They should have arranged breakfast with a local restaurant. Even though they had plenty of staff, the room wasn’t cleaned until late evening, even after we asked them to tidy it up that morning.
