All facilities are in excellent condition. The hotel feels like a Tlacotalpian house, with details in the rooms, wood scent, bathrobes, lavender soap scent, and meticulously cared-for plants—everything is exceptional.

The hotel is very pretty, the room was perfect, the bathroom spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the service was flawless. We had a problem with the water in the room and couldn’t shower on the last day; they kindly gave us another room, but I think a problem like that shouldn’t happen at that price per night.
