The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, the restaurant’s cuisine was very good, and the wellness area was nice. The bathroom in the guest room needs renovation.

The hotel is charming with excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and an intriguing history that makes it a bit winding and somewhat confusing. The saunas invite you to relax after a hike. The saunas and relaxation rooms are a bit winding and the signage isn’t always clear. The building looks unattractive from the outside, and those sensitive to street noise will need earplugs. You have to like it.

The swimming pool and fitness area were absolutely top. Breakfast buffet and ambience were very good. We would have liked to stay a few more days, but it was fully booked, probably because it’s a great hotel. Next time we’ll book earlier!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent, yet the room wasn’t as clean as shown in the photos and looked different.
