A bus stop is just a minute away. The first impression isn’t great; there are many cluttered items, mess, and dirty clothes.

They charged me an extra 20€ for a late check‑in at 20:00.

A fantastic place to stay in Rome. Very good value for money. The rooms are large, clean, and close to the Vatican. There’s a bus stop right in front of the property, and the metro is a 10‑minute walk.

The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is far and on the upper part behind the Vatican. If you enjoy walking around the area, it’s not the best choice.

Upon arrival, I was immediately told about the bus to the city center. The bed was nice and the bathroom clean. Because I arrived outside the check‑in time, I had to pay extra. There was no breakfast. The location was unclear: you have to go through a gate, then a door, then the third floor, with a lift that doesn’t work and seems very tight for luggage. The intercom works, but you can barely hear what’s being said. For the price I paid, I expected more. The guesthouse was in a building where other people also live.
