The team was super friendly and nice, the room was huge and lovely, and the price plus free breakfast were the main draws; I’d pick this Sonesta suite again even though there were closer options. I’ve never heard of this hotel before, but from now on I’ll make a point to stay here.

Construction was still underway and they put me on the same floor as the work; the hallway was wrecked with floors and ceilings under repair and I couldn’t even locate my room. Staff said they didn’t mean to assign me that room because it was under construction, tried to move me elsewhere but the suite I booked wasn’t available, so I got refunded and left. I feel the amount I was spending would have yielded a better stay elsewhere; I won’t book there again. Under construction and open.

The location was good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby; the rooms would be better if they were updated and cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast could have been better because there were no options due to poor prep and broken machines, scrambled eggs were runny or missing, rooms were dated and could have been cleaner, and the basketball court rims were broken.
