The bathroom had a new toilet and bidet, but the doors of the shower cubicle can’t be properly closed and are run down, so you have to point the shower head toward the wall, which is very inconvenient; the wifi works well near the exit but not in the bed area; the bedside tables are behind the bed and useless; there are no bedside lamps, so you need to use the ceiling lamp and get out of bed to switch it off; the room doesn’t have windows so lighting determines the atmosphere all day but its design is unloving; there are only ceiling lamps (two), one of which has the type of light you find in a dentist practice, making lounging on the couch an awkward experience; the area around the bed was not properly cleaned.

The location in Prati is very good, just a few steps from the Vatican; the area is quiet and silent, perfect for resting at night; access is very easy— we arrived from Fiumicino by bus, and the Vatican stop at Via Crescenzio 19 was just a few meters from the accommodation; Domenico was very kind and gave us valuable information for our stay, even before we arrived, which made our visit much easier; it was a very pleasant stay and recommended, though the breakfast was not included in the price; for improvement, the cleaning could be more thorough— we lost something under the bed and found a considerable amount of dust and dirt in that area; we also had some problems with the Booking app during the reservation process and found that some data were incorrect upon arrival, but fortunately Domenico helped us resolve the situation very kindly.

Domenico was extremely nice and helpful when we checked in, gave us lots of advice and recommendations for places to eat during the day; the location was great and within walking distance of most of the famous attractions; the only issue was some parts of the room weren’t very clean and there were some bits of mold in the bathroom, but overall it was a great stay.
The location is quiet and the place is peaceful; Nico was extremely helpful, sharing information about the area and how to take the airport bus, etc.; the hot tub was amazing; however, there is no freezer compartment in the fridge and the fridge is very small; we couldn’t figure out how to work the microwave and didn’t want to ring for help because it was late, so we had to eat our food cold; the lack of a larger fridge with a freezer compartment was a major drawback, especially since I’m recovering from a full knee replacement and needed to keep my ice packs cold; the fridge was so small it was cute but not practical.
