“SUPER SEJOUR, TRES BON ACCUEIL JE LE RECOMMANDE”
We were greeted warmly and the place is very pleasant; the only issue was that the mattress was too firm for me and the large pillow as well, but that’s just my opinion – it was really nice and the welcome was top!
The priority’s availability and hospitality are great, but the rooms are more suitable for groups, very small and crowded with beds, lots of dampness in the bathroom and a slight closed‑off smell. No soap in the bathroom 😥
“Impeccable”
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
“This is a wonderful place to go before it after an outdoor adventure. Rustic accommodations, but warmly welcoming. Great”
The host family was incredibly gracious! We arrived very late, and the host served us a wonderful family‑style dinner. (It’s a remote location and no restaurants were open. He literally served us a lasagna dinner in a common dining area next to his own family. Breakfast was also served there.) There was an outdoor space with a bonfire and a patio game (horseshoes?). The property had a great community feel, with others starting or ending a backpacking trip. The facilities are old and quite rustic, but if you understand this, it’s fine – very functional. Bed linens and pillows were cozy and comfortable!
“Séjour d'étape rando à ne pas manquer”
Sébastien was very available, friendly, and always had the right thing to say, and the chalet's strategic location was a real bonus.
