The breakfast selection was great, but I couldn't use the deodorizer that was in my room. It seemed the breakfast replenishment was lagging, and I wish they had placed a tray near the table and food display so guests could see where to grab it.

The breakfast was good.

The room was quiet and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. No complaints.

I’d like a bit more effort on the morning menu; it might need an extra person to handle the preparations.

When I had a booking issue, the staff listened carefully and resolved it smoothly—thanks a lot. The breakfast staff worked hard and the food was delicious. The bath was so relaxing that I took two showers, one in the evening and another the next morning. The only downside was that the reception area felt cramped during peak times because there were guests waiting.
