The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amenities were decent. However, there was a serious hygiene issue: I found several urine and other fluid spots on the bed sheets (see attached photos). The breakfast was also overpriced, especially since I had to pay extra for a latte.

The bedroom was comfortable, and breakfast at the nearby Aston hotel was excellent. Parking was ample and easy to use. Their system of placing water dispensers in the corridors and water jugs in each room instead of bottled water was a thoughtful touch that should be adopted by all hotels worldwide.

The staff were very friendly, the property was very clean, it was wheelchair accessible, the breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and it was worth the money. No complaints.

Comfort room & linen. Building isle smells ciggaretes so badly, also Bathroom smells so bad, we took 2 rooms in different floor but same wings, both has the same problem ( seems like the shaft connected & something wrong with the plumbing )
