The view is gorgeous, overlooking Civitanova Alta and the mountains, and the huge terrace is a real highlight; the hotel has a decent restaurant, and the signora at breakfast was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable, though simply furnished. Civitanova Alta is a charming town and within a 20‑30 minute walk; Covitanova Marche is about 10 minutes by car. From the hotel you can stroll to several lovely spots to watch the sunrise over the sea. The shower in our room was a luxury with a steam function and jets from the top and side, but it leaked a bit. The pool costs an extra 4 €/person and is also open to non‑guests, so many outsiders come and loungers can be reserved in advance – that didn’t bother us because we preferred the loungers at the back of the lawn, far from the pool’s bustle, and they were always free (but anyone who wants a lounge near the pool should keep that in mind). Because of the many external guests, it was sometimes very loud at the pool and in the restaurant area.

The restaurant was excellent, and I have nothing to complain about.

The room had a terrace and a view of the pool; sunbeds were on the terrace; Marina was kind while serving breakfast; the breakfast buffet was good; the view of Civitanova Alta was nice. The only downside was that you have to pay extra to use the pool.

The hotel is completely dog‑friendly, so that alone makes it worth it. The room was tiny but suitable for a quick weekend like ours, and it came with a terrace for our dog. The bed was super comfortable, the shower box was small, and the TV volume might have been set low by the manager. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location is beautiful with a pool and a view of Civitanova Alta. The pool is easily accessible from the bar/aperitivo area, but using it is optional and paid. The restaurant was not used. It’s a peaceful place to relax, far from the hustle of the towns.
