“improve your facilties”
The bathroom was not good, the equipment was not working, the beds were not clean, there were no towels, and no water bottles. The bathroom, the bed, and the parking were all disappointing.
The room was clean and the location was near my office. However, there was no water facility and no hot water.

The hospitality and room location were good. The rating is 5/10 because the lighting was poor, the TV wasn’t working, the lift was not working so we had to take stairs up to the 4th floor, bathroom taps were barely accessible, there were no hangers in the bathroom, and the only advantage was that if you have a vehicle you can explore the area and find good street food.

Nothing I liked. The location was bad, the lift was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. Water didn’t come when we woke up; they said they would turn on the motor, but after an hour they had to bring a tanker for water. No hot water, and a heater coil was given when we asked for hot water. The service was poor. After booking this room, we kept receiving emails and messages for a 30% payment that we made, yet the room was unsatisfactory. I suggest making the payment directly at the hotel for such rooms. The bed spreads were not clean and there was no mat in the room.
