We really appreciated being able to refill our bottles with clean cold water at any time in the Lobby. We also liked that because our arrival and departure times were either very late or very early there was always someone at the reception to help us. The only thing missing that would have made our stay perfect is a proper wardrobe in the room to hang our clothes.

“Gorgeous hotel and enjoyable stay”

The hotel is gorgeous with amazing ambience and thoughtful design. The bed is very comfortable and firm. A welcome drink was offered, which is always a nice touch. Bikes are available, and a 15‑minute cycle to central Amsterdam is enjoyable. There is no room service for basic amenities after hours. I understand the front desk needs to be staffed, but this lack of small service – like a request for chilled tap water at midnight – feels out of step with the price paid.

The building is modern, well‑maintained, and clean. The rooms are huge. We were three people and had two connecting rooms with two bathrooms. When we arrived they offered us a glass of wine as a welcome: a small gesture that shows care for the guest. The garage is very convenient, though a bit pricey (but in line with Dutch prices). The metro stop and team are 600‑700 metres away. We’ll definitely come back.

“Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing at the hotel.”

I loved the hotel: it’s spacious, clean, and the staff are excellent. It’s a bit far from the city centre.

The hotel is nice and well kept, close to Amstel station, convenient for reaching the city centre or other Dutch cities.
