The staff were very friendly and always available when needed. The downstairs tea lounge was great, the place was clean and the location was convenient. However, the curtains didn’t block out much light, so the room was bright during the day. I also found cockroaches, and the room’s safe stopped working three times in the fourteen days I stayed. The bedding could use an upgrade.
