We enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay with my family while visiting Smoky Lake for the Pumpkin Fair. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated that a continental breakfast was included; it was great at the Great Bear Cafe. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would happily return when visiting the area. Thank you to the staff for making our weekend stay so nice!

The sheets were clean. It wasn’t what we expected from a Super 8; it looks like a run‑down middle‑of‑nowhere dump. The bathroom ceiling was falling apart, and breakfast was served at a greasy‑spoon gas station/market/restaurant across the parking lot. Do better—Super 8 would never recommend.

We were very happy overall with our stay: clean hotel, comfortable bed, friendly staff, but the Wi‑Fi was slow.

Clean and well organized, and the hotel isn’t huge, so it feels more comfortable; however, the office closed early at 8 pm and opened at 9 am, though you could go to the Esso store for help.
