The location was deep inside the fitness area. During my stay an event was happening on the equipment, and when I came back at night, the security company for the event wouldn’t let me in quickly. I wish I had received a warning or advice beforehand on what to do in that situation.

The hotel is conveniently located, and there’s a canteen on the premises where you can eat cheaply. Tap water is freely available on the first floor near the front desk. The room is quite comfortable for staying, with insect screens on the windows and a kettle. Wi‑Fi is available. Staff speak Russian, help you orient yourself in the city, and sort out everyday matters. It’s close to the metro, which is very handy if you need to reach attractions or the railway station (direct line). The problem is that taxis can’t drive onto the property because security won’t let cars in without a proper pass, so you have to carry your luggage a fair distance on foot. There’s no elevator in the hotel because it’s a low‑rise building. The beds in the room were terribly squeaky, indicating the furniture hasn’t been updated in a long time. In the canteen (which isn’t part of the hotel itself, but still useful info) the breakfast porridge was heavily sweetened. Dinner was fine.

I’m staying at this hotel for the third time. The location in the city is very convenient, and it’s a quiet spot. The metro station and a shopping mall are within walking distance. There’s a nearby canteen with fairly low prices. The rooms are clean and bright, and the price‑quality ratio matches the market in Tashkent. The only downside is that the air‑conditioners need an upgrade; on this visit I got a room with a very noisy AC.

It’s close to the main sights and the restaurants in the shopping center.
