“Conciertazo”
The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, which made getting around a breeze. I didn’t run into any problems and everything met the needs I had at the time. No complaints whatsoever.

Staff were genuinely friendly, always greeting me with a smile and quick help whenever I asked. It made the short stay feel welcoming.

The rooms were spotless and surprisingly comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. I had to shell out extra for my dog and could hear a bit of chatter whenever the front door opened, so it wasn’t completely quiet. A breakfast option would have been a nice extra.

When we got to the property they told us there was no reservation on file, saying the booking site had messed up. They offered no alternatives or assistance, just left us standing there. Definitely a poor experience compared to my previous trips where the room was always ready.

The location is solid – close to the main attractions and easy to walk around. Inside, the blankets were dusty and the room felt stuffy due to limited airflow, which detracted from an otherwise convenient spot.
