“Nice hotel in a central location”
I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and I must say that its prime location and warm staff have become a big part of its charm. However, my recent visit was slightly marred by a misunderstanding regarding our room assignment. Despite requesting our usual room 507, we were given a different one, which was a bit of a letdown, especially since we were assured that this would be possible. Given the hotel's premium pricing, I had expected a more seamless experience.
