We came to this hotel from Russia and felt right at home. When we needed anything, the hotel owners took care of us, answered all our requests, helped with currency exchange, guided us around the city, found the places we needed, called taxis for long trips, and did so much more. The owners are honest and decent people. We were happy to meet and become friends with them. We felt protected. Everything advertised on the website matched reality: the price, room cleanliness, wet cleaning, timely linen changes, quietness in the hotel, and the elevator.
