The location is quite alright and the underground is close, but it’s not ideal for late‑night arrivals. The room itself was fine. The advert didn’t make it clear that the property is a tiny house with six rooms all rented simultaneously. The bathroom is tiny, with the toilet inside, and it had to be shared with all other guests, which was not obvious. We were lucky with the other guests and managed, but it was definitely not ideal. Stains on the carpet and questionable cleanliness of the bathroom counter were also issues. The rooms look prettier in the images than they do in reality. If you plan to spend minimal time there, it might suit you, but it was definitely not what we expected.

There was nothing I liked about the accommodation. The experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived, and I had to leave shortly afterward because of the property’s condition. The room had noticeable dampness and cleanliness problems, which was especially concerning for me. The property was not as comfortable or welcoming as expected, and accessing it with the gate key was inconvenient. What frustrated me most was how my complaint was handled: instead of addressing my concerns, I was incorrectly told that I left because the accommodation had shared facilities, which was completely untrue. Because of the condition, I had to find alternative accommodation at an extra cost.

A large bag outside the property was stuffed with what looked like straw and excrement, attracting flies. The back garden had a wobbly health‑and‑safety rail and wasn’t great, though we didn’t plan to spend time there. Inside, several fire alarms were missing, mouldy food was left in the fridge, and a strong funky smell, especially in the bathroom, was obvious. The room had many bed stains and felt basic. The check‑in process was unclear, which could be improved. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you just need a spot near the stadium, someone to dump your stuff, and a place to sleep. The bathroom is shared, but that was known before travel.

The back garden didn’t seem very cared for, but otherwise the stay was amazing. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with cooking utensils, and the bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste.
