The staff were friendly and the location near the City of Arts and Sciences was good, but the experience was very disappointing for a four‑star hotel with a high price. First, the bathroom was in bad condition: the ceiling had damp spots and the shower tap was rusted, showing a lack of maintenance that a hotel of this class shouldn’t have. Second, the breakfast buffet had extremely limited variety and the quality was below expectations; the orange juice tasted bad and was not fresh. Finally, the lift made a very loud noise that could be heard constantly from the room, disrupting sleep and comfort. In short, the value for money could be much better. When you pay a high price for a four‑star stay, you expect basic maintenance, quality services, and quiet rooms. Unfortunately, my stay fell far short of those expectations. I hope the hotel takes these comments seriously and makes the necessary improvements, as these are basic aspects that should be guaranteed in a hotel of this category.

“Ok for a short stay but wouldn’t consider again if I wanted to stay for longer”

The location was very central and easy to walk into the city, but the bathroom had non‑functional equipment and a glass door that left a gap between the room and the bathroom, which ruined privacy and let the toilet odor seep into the bedroom.
