A very pleasant gentleman who found solutions to problems, but just watch the photos because some rooms don’t match what’s shown.
“"Супер" ОТЗЫВЫ НАКРУЧЕНЫ!!! За такие деньги можно взять отель лучше и с полным набором для туриста!!”
The “magnificent” reviews of the hotel are clearly exaggerated! The rooms were clean and the bedding soft, but there were a lot of NOs! We paid through Booking for a triple room with breakfasts, only to discover they didn’t provide any breakfasts—left us without the food we paid for. For that price, we could have checked into another hotel that actually offers breakfast. There was also no private beach as advertised; the sea had no hotel loungers or sunbathing spots. The photo of the hotel’s beach shows white umbrellas, but those belong to a café at a neighboring hotel. I attached a photo of the un-equipped beach—photo #1. The pool is scenic, but the water was cold—my child fell ill on the first day. The outlets didn’t fit our chargers; a Chinese adapter was needed. We were three, yet the room only provided two towels, brushes, and robes. The room had a kettle, but no tea bags were supplied, unlike other hotels. They offered Coke and Fanta, but no tea. Lighting was poor; it was almost dark even with the curtains open, making it hard for my husband to shave. The electric curtains only worked partially; the thick curtain had to be pushed and opened manually. The water tap in the bathroom kept falling off! I never write bad reviews because I carefully choose hotels before booking, but the rave reviews here don’t match reality! The town itself is nice, locals see no Russian tourists. The people are kind and friendly. We’ll return to Tania Town, but not to this hotel!
“super!”
It was a wonderful stay at Roy Hotel; the sea view from the room is amazing. The service is high quality and the location in downtown is very good. Breakfast features Hainan local food and there’s a great coffee shop in the lobby. I’ll come back next time. Best choice in Sanya Tianya Town!
The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view.
The place is nice, but there’s no breakfast even though they say it’s included, and the entrance without a taxi is narrow, yet it’s amazing with the sea in front and great spots that are very clean.
