The entrance looks nice, but the rooms feel like a dungeon.
I found the hotel to be a 4‑star, but the staff gave it a 5th star, especially Bader and Faiza who were very friendly. However, for a hotel of this level, the breakfast did not live up to the standard expected at this standing.

La vue mer en hauteur même si les constructions en cours viennent la gâcher au moins partiellement Le personnel pour les bagages et à la réception. Une dame au petit dej qui fait des vas et vient entre cuisine et buffet pour l’alimenter qui ne lache pas son sourire communiquant une seule seconde. La propreté n’était pas au rdv. La moquette n’avait pas été aspirée, elle était sale, j’avais peur d’y poser les pieds. Des taches suspectes partout. Du mobilier de base vieillissant ou cassé. Des taches sur une chaise à vomir. Des serviettes lavées tellement qu’elles ressemblent plus à des chiffons. À la piscine il faut chercher pour avoir des serviettes mais on doit attendre que l’on vous voit après le nettoyage de la piscine à 11h qui doit pourtant ouvrir à 8h vienne vous apporter qd il peut. Il est seul en même temps en plein mois d août…le pb est qu’il faut du personnel. Le petit dej est très moyen même si on a un peu de tout. 2 personnes mais avec une seule poêle chacun pour les œufs donc la queue est longue. Apparemment des gens de l extérieur peuvent venir pour la journée piscine. Table de terrasse cassée

I initially received a room with a view I didn’t like. I asked for a change, and it was done immediately with an incredible view. The person who helped me was named Anas, who I think was one of the staff managers. The housekeeping lady was very kind, welcoming, friendly and attentive to all my requests. She cleaned my room very well. I was very satisfied with her service. Her name was Fouzia. Nothing else; everything was top.
