The service was excellent, the pool snacks were delicious, and the cleaning was great. The breakfast buffet options should be expanded, and the taxi rates are outrageous.

The food was pretty good, and I liked that the all‑inclusive package let us visit the Princess and Pierre hotels. I forgot my toothbrush and was sold a very low‑quality one at a high price; other hotels give you a toothbrush if you need one.

The thing I love most about the place is the pools, the buffet breakfast, and the overall facilities. I didn’t like that the all‑inclusive package only offers two dinner options, the Italian and Asian restaurants, and the food isn’t really Italian; the only decent thing is the pizzas.

The overall facilities, the birthday surprise for my son, and the really tasty restaurants were great. When we arrived and left, the staff didn’t help us with our luggage; a bit more attention to those moments would be appreciated.

The food at the restaurants was good. The rooms are small.
