The place is cheap and well‑situated; you can rent scooters for 500‑700 pesos, the laundry is nearby, and walking to the main street gives you a trike to Alaminos or the Hundred Islands. The mosquitoes are a nuisance—bring spray—and blankets aren’t provided unless you ask, but they’ll happily give one.

It’s close to the Hundred Islands and easy to get around, though the toilet amenities aren’t great.

The room was nice, the whole place is great, and the rooftop is awesome; it sits conveniently between the city center and the pier for boat trips to the Hundred Islands. The hosts were kind and helpful.
