“Customer service was also poor—whenever we asked for help, we were told to speak to the manager, who was always unavaila”

The hotel was terrible and definitely not worth the price; the pillows were extremely old, overwashed, and completely deformed, and the bed was so uneven that we kept rolling toward one side because the mattress was not level. For the price we paid, the room and overall quality were very disappointing.
