The location to the KC Streetcar was fantastic—literally across the street. I never had to wait more than a few minutes and only one stop to the City Market or a few minutes to downtown. The coffee in the rooms was all decaf; we asked for more and still got decaf, but the Nespresso coffees were excellent.

It was modern and spacious, and I could use my tablet on the TV by connecting via HDMI1, so it seems other ports are blocked. I wish the enclosed shower had an extra outlet for a handheld shower hose to help with my accessibility, but I managed anyway.

The location at the very beginning of the KC tram (which was free) was great. The staff were the most friendly we have EVER encountered. The first stop on the tram was the City Market, and Two Birds One Stone Brewery was right across the street. It offered great value during a football game weekend, though it was a little noisy because of the Raggae Festival.

The restaurant offered reasonably priced meals and the food was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The overall vibe matched the atmosphere perfectly, so I’ll keep this as my go‑to hotel in KC. The only downside was that I couldn’t extend my stay.

Micah, the customer‑service agent, was outstanding. When I had trouble getting my credit card accepted, he patiently worked with me until I finally checked in. The parking situation, however, is odd—there are paid spots around the hotel, but only a few are available at the back.
