The reception service was awful from the start—no one wanted to help, they were rude and uninterested. We arrived tired and were told to wait outside because our reservation didn’t appear in the system; an employee even tried to take our belongings and leave them outside the reception to wait for the system. I didn’t like anything and don’t recommend it.

The location was okay, but the room was infested with mosquitoes—there’s clearly a nest, and it’s obvious the property isn’t well maintained, especially since tourists keep coming and going. The shower had serious maintenance issues and was dirty; it’s a shame because a few fixes would have made the place comfortable.
