We stayed from Saturday to Monday during the 2026 independence holiday at Hotel Lena in São Luiz Gonzaga, and it was a very special experience! From the moment we arrived, the whole team welcomed us with great friendliness, care, and attention. Everyone was extremely helpful and always ready to assist, whether by suggesting places for meals or giving tips on the best routes back home, especially since the stretch between Cruz Alta and São Luiz Gonzaga was in poor condition. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the breakfast deserves special mention: everything was prepared with great care and that touch that makes you feel at home. On our last day we even had one of those memorable little moments: the kitchen aunt personally came to tell us she had just made pão de queijo and it was still warm. Those details, along with the facilities, make a stay truly special. We left very satisfied and with a great memory of Hotel Lena and the entire team. Thank you so much for welcoming us so well! When we return to the Missões region, it will definitely be one of our first choices again.

The hotel offers a good price‑quality ratio, has a convenient on‑site parking lot that’s easy to reach by car, and the breakfast is good; the shower should have a curtain because the rest of the bathroom gets wet.

The room I booked was supposed to have a double bed, but when I arrived it had a double and a single in a tiny space; we asked for another room with a hanger, got another equally cramped one that didn’t match the listing, then switched again to a slightly better room.
