The location was excellent, right next to the walking street, the markets, and Book Street; I was a little skeptical when I was dropped off, but it surpassed my expectations. We were a family of five and they were very accommodating. The breakfast wasn’t as good as at other locations, and while they offer a discount, that’s the advertised price.

The area is decent, but there is no restaurant—just a very basic café with a limited menu and drinks; the Beef Noodles took 45 minutes to arrive, and when the staff were asked about the delay they gave a blank stare. The photos show the room larger than it actually is; there is only 1 m around the bed on two sides, the other sides are against a window or wall, so you have to put the suitcase on the bed to open it. There is no storage, so you essentially live out of your suitcase. The roof terrace is 2 × 3 m, and although they advertise wine, when you ask the girl she doesn’t know what it is and offers champagne instead. It’s a bit of a let‑down, really, in terms of room size and the restaurant/roof terrace.

1) Good breakfast 2) Close to street food 3) Quiet 4) Close to Saigon CBD. 1) Can not flush toilet paper. I don't like using handheld bidet. A bidet like Japanese or Korean must be much better. 2) Compensation for damaged or loss item is way too high, making our stay nervous

The place was clean and the air‑conditioning worked great, but the location was a problem – surrounded by massage parlours and tucked into a narrow street that wasn’t very friendly. The noise was constant and the rooftop didn’t live up to its hype.
