Everything was perfect! I think it’s the best budget hotel in Bangkok.

A superb location with an excellent price‑to‑quality ratio.
Everything was fine except the balcony. It would have been a 10/10 if the balcony wasn’t covered with a black net that blocks the city view and defeats the purpose of having a balcony. Plus, the balcony was much hotter than outside because a large AC unit was mounted on its wall.
