They were very accommodating by letting me drop off my luggage before check‑in and being flexible with a delayed check‑out, and the staff were extremely helpful. The downside was that the bathroom didn’t have enough space for a personal toiletry bag.

In the room everything I needed was there, and the location was convenient. However, there was a nasty odor, no elevator, and I could hear other guests in neighboring rooms. At reception, there was no taxi number listed; my driver never showed up, so I had to run to the station at night and hunt for a taxi. It was outrageous that the hotel staff didn’t arrange a taxi for me, and the security guard struggled to understand English.

The only thing that was good was the location. There was a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep; the hotel is old, the shower cabin was old, and the room felt damp.
