The carpet in my room was dirty, food had been left under the furniture, and the corners were dusty and unclean.

A comfortable, modern hotel, yet the housekeeping was poor – on two of the four nights the room wasn’t serviced, only towels were left, no cleaning was done, the wet towels weren’t removed, and the bed wasn’t made.
