“Very welcoming and clean facility was everything as advertised”
The place was spotless and right next to the pub, and everything else was great.
“Attention to cleaning details sorely lacking”
The room was large, the bed comfy, and the hot shower had good pressure. The room was mostly clean, yet the crockery and cutlery were dirty; I had to scrub coffee stains off the mugs before using them. Ants had gotten into an open biscuit packet, and the coffee machine had a thick dust layer on top. The toilet roll on the holder was wet.
“Must stay was really nice. Very comfortable and very quiet with my partner and I liked.”
The property was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was very comfortable and quiet. I can't think of anything I didn't like.
The room is spacious and good, but the shower in the bathroom was bad.
“Recommend for great value family & pet friendly stay!”
We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival because the hotel far exceeded the photos and online information; it was neat, clean, and very comfortable 😊
