Sandra was very welcoming; we arrived a little early, at 3 o’clock. We had a balcony to sit out on and enjoyed a beer or a glass of wine. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. If you’re cycling, put your electric bike at full power and take a run up the small hill to the accommodation—it’s worth the effort.

The rooms are appropriately large, spacious, and very clean; the bus stop is immediately reachable and the balcony view of the Mosel and vineyards is perfect. The breakfast is plentiful and can be customized by choosing the egg preparation. The owner is very friendly, gives information and ideas for daily planning. Our room had a shared balcony with the neighboring room, which is not ideal but unavoidable because of the architecture; the experience depends on the interpersonal relationship between guests. The wardrobe in room 1 is a bit small for two people.
