The location is great, and the nearby gym is worth the extra fee; in 10 minutes you’re at the waterfront center. Unfortunately we were given a room we hadn’t booked and were moved to another one the next day, which was smaller. Cleanliness was lacking, and we mentioned it but the hotel is still in contact. Reception staff were very friendly, but it felt like no one knew what the others were doing.

The restaurant was great, but the room and property did not honor my reservation for an arena‑view room. I was given an accessible room with two single beds that were too small even for a child. They also didn’t tell us we couldn’t reach the hotel by car, even though they claimed on‑site parking; we had to circle town for hours to find a lot, then walk over a bridge with our suitcases to get to the hotel, ruining the entire stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious, there was no parking problem, the hotel is a 20‑minute walk from the city center, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
