“Bonne expérience”
The staff were very friendly, especially AMANI and Meriem, and the place was clean. However, it isn’t a hotel but an apartment; if you go up to the terrace at night to enjoy the view of the pyramids, they’ll insist you buy something, serve you water without asking, and it’s actually chargeable.
The room had everything needed and there was no outside noise. We only had an unexpected issue with breakfast, but the staff resolved it. The view of the pyramid from the rooftop is fantastic.

The place was only moderately clean and its only redeeming feature is the proximity to the pyramids, but the room never got serviced and we went two days without breakfast; when breakfast finally arrived it was thrown at us rudely and only after we complained did they improve it a day later. Nobody is reachable, the front desk is barely staffed, and the rooftop changes its prices daily so you get overcharged. It’s cheap, yet there are cheaper hotels nearby that provide far better service.
