“OK”

The location was great, but the bathroom had a broken shower. I reported it and nobody helped, not even offering a room change. The staff gave me a vague, repetitive reply. After the "technician" inspected the bathroom, he repeated exactly what I had already said: the shower was broken and I could use the tap, which I had also mentioned. There was no genuine effort to fix the issue, which could have been solved easily with a replacement from Mercado Livre. I felt the hotel’s conduct was extremely unprofessional.
